Chaplain's Gourmet Burgers
2 tbs. Chaplain’s
Seasoning Mix (more or less to taste)
4 Sliced white onion
4 Romaine lettuce leaf
(whole)
4 Slice American cheese
(option)
4 lg. Hamburger buns
(Wheat)
1 cup Chaplain’s Gourmet
Sauce (more or less to taste)
In a bowl, mix ground beef
and Chaplain’s Seasoning Mix thoroughly
Divide into four balls.
Press into patties. Place patties on hot grill. Cook
until done to your liking. Baste done patties with
Chaplain’s Gourmet Sauce on both sides and place on to
grilled buns. Add sliced onions, tomatoes, lettuce and
cheese. Serve immediately. Make four servings.
Chaplain’s Grilled Beef Skewers
1 1/2 lb. Lean boneless
beef sirloin
2 tbs. Chaplain’s
Seasoning Mix (more or less to taste)
1 cup Chaplain’s Gourmet
Sauce (more or less to taste)
Cut beef into 1 inch
cubes. In a bowl season the cubes thoroughly with
Chaplain’s Seasoning Mix. Thread 4 – 5 pieces of meat
on each skewer. Place on hot grill. Cook turning often
until well browned and done to your liking. Baste with
Chaplain’s Gourmet Sauce on each side while on grill.
Remove and serve with extra sauce to the side. Make
serving for 4-6
Chaplain’s Baked Chicken
1 Frying chicken (cut into
four pieces)
2 tbs. Chaplain’s
Seasoning Mix (more or less to taste)
1 cup Chaplain’s Gourmet
Sauce
Wash chicken and season
each piece with Chaplain’s Seasoning Mix. Place in
baking dish. Pour Chaplain’s Gourmet Sauce evenly over
each piece on one side only. Bake at 350 degrees until
done. Make 4 servings
Chaplain’s Grilled Salmon Steak
4 Salmon steak about 4 oz
each
2 tbs. Chaplain’s
Seasoning Mix (more or less to taste)
3 tbs. Canola Oil
1 cup Chaplain’s Gourmet
Sauce (more or less to taste)
Season the salmon steak
with Chaplain’s Seasoning Mix. Gently rub the seasoning
into the fish. Brush each side with canola oil and
place on hot grill. Cook on both sides until done.
Carefully remove from grill and baste with Chaplain’s
Gourmet Sauce. Serve immediately. Makes 4-6 servings
Chaplain’s Bar-B-Q Rabbit
3 lbs. Frying Rabbit Cut
into Pieces
2 tbs. Chaplain’s
Seasoning Mix (more or less to taste)
1 cup Chaplain’s Gourmet
Sauce (more or less to taste)
Thoroughly season each
piece of rabbit with Chaplain’s Seasoning Mix. Place
each piece on hot grill, but cook over indirect heat.
Turn pieces and baste often with Chaplain’s Gourmet
Sauce until rabbit is done and tender.
Remove and serve. Makes
4-5 servings
Chaplain’s Baked Duck
1 4-5 lb. Duck (thawed)
2 tbs. Chaplain’s
Seasoning Mix (more or less to taste)
½ cup Chaplain’s Gourmet
Sauce (more or less to taste)
Rub Chaplain’s Seasoning
Mix all over duck and inside. Baste duck with
Chaplain’s Gourmet Sauce all over duck outside and
inside. Place in a baking dish with cover and bake at
375 degrees. Half way through cooking, baste the duck
again and finish cooking until done. Leave uncover for
the last 15 minutes of cooking. Remove and serve.
Makes 4-6 servings
Chaplain’s Bar-B-Q French Fries
10 – 16 oz of French fries
1 cup Chaplain’s Gourmet
Sauce (more or less to taste)
1 tsp. Chaplain’s
Seasoning Mix (more or less to taste)
Cook French fries in
Canola Oil. Drain excess fat off. Sprinkle with
Chaplain’s Seasoning Mix. Dip fries in sauce as you
eat. Makes 4 – 6 servings
